Let’s celebrate your first 6 months of the year

What are you celebrating this June?

Can you believe it’s June already?

I can’t – it only seems like yesterday I was planning my year of work commitments and personal adventures.  And then I look up and we’re half way through the year.

So this month’s newsletter is dedicated to slowing down – even for a few moments – to review and celebrate all you’ve achieved in the first half of the year.

Now, I would like to be able to tell you that the first half of my year was full of growth and smashing goals.  Sadly that would be a big fat lie!

I have however, discovered new depths of strength and compassion within myself, learned to embrace change with grace, and celebrated both small and significant achievements.

Interpretation: it’s been a tough few months but I’m still here!

In all seriousness, and because we all know we learn just as much from our failures as our successes, one of the most profound insights I’ve gained is the importance of self-compassion.

In our pursuit of excellence and success, it’s easy to be hard on ourselves. Yet, it’s through kindness and understanding that we truly flourish. I’ve also realised the power of community and support. Our connections with others provide us with strength and encouragement, helping us navigate life’s challenges.

The reason why I’m still here is because I live by these guiding principles.  Along with the gratitude I feel for you and my work.

Among my achievements, I’ve had the joy of coaching many of you through your adventures and challenges, witnessing your incredible transformations. Each story of overcoming fears and adversity, creating new beginnings, and embracing the joy and chaos of life has been a source of inspiration.

What about you?

What are you celebrating this June?  What achievements and challenges did you face and overcome?

As we look forward to the second half of the year, I encourage you to take a moment to reflect now on your own insights and achievements and to celebrate your progress and recognise the strength and resilience you’ve shown.

Here are a few questions that will help you to focus and set a powerful course for the next six months:

  1. What personal strengths have you discovered or deepened in the first half of the year, and how can you leverage them moving forward?
  2. What are the key areas in your life that you would like to improve or focus on for the rest of the year?
  3. What are three specific goals you want to achieve by the end of the year, and what steps will you take to accomplish them?
  4. Who are the people or what are the resources you can rely on to support you in achieving your goals?
  5. What self-care practices can you incorporate into your routine to ensure you remain energised and focused?
  6. What were the most significant business achievements in the first half of the year, and what factors contributed to their success?
  7. What are your top three business goals for the remainder of the year, and what actionable steps will you take to achieve them?

Feel free to share your reflections and insights with me, and let’s make the second half of the year truly outstanding!  Remember, each day is an opportunity to create the life you desire. I am here to support and guide you every step of the way.

Till next month,
